I delivered design, digital, and learning support across Macquarie University, working with both the Business School and the Applied Finance Centre on programs spanning tertiary, postgraduate, and professional education.
My work included designing marketing/promotional assets, pitch documents, interactive workbooks, research papers, online modules, presentations, co-branded templates, and brand assets, as well as supporting LMS content updates and maintaining websites. I contributed to major projects such as the website launches, Shared Identity and One Voice, One Image brand rollouts, digital accreditation for open and tailored programs, webinar series and hybrid learning rollout, LMS implementation and multi-campus program delivery across Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, and Beijing.
This work was highly collaborative — partnering with academic staff, subject matter experts, project teams, and external partners and clients to create learning and brand experiences that were clear, consistent, and genuinely useful for students and educators.
